Install, maintain, and service our state-of-the-art 3D metal printing systems (Laser Machines), ensuring they operate at peak performance. Accurately document service requirements and manage customer cases using our advanced service CRM. Provide exceptional support to customers, helping them maximize the application of our 3D metal printing systems. Conduct emergency visits and preventive maintenance to keep customers’ systems running smoothly. Perform direct operations system checks and execute tasks within a defined operations framework, maintaining high standards. Offer feedback on quality deviations from machine installations and operations to support continuous improvement. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Adapt quickly to changing demands and demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills. Take accountability for the quality of work and demonstrate commitment to excellence. Qualifications
Experience in Services & Field Services, with ability to handle job demands. Trained electrical and mechanical engineering technician with a technical high school diploma or equivalent. Fluent in English and Italian. Willingness to travel extensively to support customers. Work Visa, in accordance with local regulations, is required. Benefits
