🔹 We’re Hiring: IT Services Manager 🔹
We are looking for an experienced IT Services Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of our IT services. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality service management, strong alignment with business needs, and excellent user experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage end-to-end IT service delivery in line with ITIL best practices
* Ensure service availability, performance, and compliance with agreed SLAs
* Lead incident, problem, change, and service improvement processes
* Act as the main point of contact between IT and business stakeholders
* Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
* Manage service reporting, KPIs, and risk mitigation
* Collaborate closely with IT Operations, Security, and Development teams
* Support vendor and third-party service management
🎯 Requirements
* Proven experience as an IT Services Manager or similar ITSM role
* Strong knowledge of ITIL framework (ITIL certification is a plus)
* Experience managing SLAs and service performance
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
* Experience working in complex IT environments
* Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
⭐ Nice to Have
* Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC, etc.)
* Background in service improvement or transformation projects
* Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
