* Manage and grow BitMart’s local community across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and X (Twitter)
* Plan and execute localized digital marketing and social media content to boost brand visibility and user engagement
* Build and maintain relationships with local KOLs, influencers, and community partners to drive content collaborations and growth
* Organize and execute offline events (e.g., meetups, workshops, community activations) to strengthen user connection and brand trust
* Gather user feedback and community insights; work closely with product and marketing teams to improve user experience
* Support local business growth by driving user acquisition, conversion, and retention aligned with core business goals
Requirements :
* Solid experience in digital marketing, social media, or community management (crypto / Web3 preferred)
* Strong understanding of local culture, with access to relevant user groups, KOLs, and marketing channels
* Proven ability to plan and execute offline events and manage local operations
* Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Growth-driven mindset, with the ability to align community initiatives with business objectives
* Proficiency in English; additional language is a plus
