Tasks
The Regional Sales Assistant is a function of the customer service process. Manages the order processing in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Sales Directors (SD) and the Service department.
Contact person for customers, partners and RSMs
Process data entry of orders and maintains customer master data
Coordinates projects, orders and the supply of materials
Prepares quotations, orders and invoices
Manages returns, transportation damages and credit notes
Supports marketing activities
Practical Experiences / Skills
Accountant school or equivalent
Expert user of SAP
Previous experience in order processing for at least 2 years
Comfortable in discussing matters over the phone
Good knowledge of both Italian and English language
Competences
Excellent organizational skills and a self‐starter
Details‐oriented
Independent and entrepreneurial, but an excellent team player
Able to respond to individual requirements by offering adequate solutions
Strong sense of responsibility and professional in his/her daily routine
Computer literate
