Your Mission
Your Scope:
1. Assimilate the key concepts of the industrialization process by being part of a production context.
2. Have the opportunity to interact with the key functions that drive the innovation and transformation of products and factories.
3. Assimilate financial concepts of cost, planning and reduction cost programs on a global scale Industrialization program.
Process Optimization:
4. Oversee new equipment launch from kick-off, creation of standard work and instructions based on configuration maps.
5. Design of tools and jigs for quality and cost efficiency.
6. Implement best practices and methodologies to streamline production processes.
7. Develop standardized procedures and guidelines for manufacturing processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
8. Use lean manufacturing techniques to eliminate waste and improve process flow.
Cost Management and Planning:
9. Calculate target costs for modules and equipment, considering material and labor activities.
10. Establish a comprehensive framework for cost estimation, adapting to market conditions.
11. Be part of a cross-functional team to ensure accurate cost estimation and monitoring of equipment.
12. Implement proactive cost planning and reduction practices.
13. Support make or buy strategy definition, analyzing cost-effectiveness, quality, and capacity.
14. Leverage automation and software tools for enhanced cost monitoring and decision-making.
Product Development:
15. Participate in product development programs, supporting project tollgates and design for manufacturing.
16. Lead cost optimization planning and participate in risk assessments and failure mode analyses.
17. Define and validate assembling and testing procedures with a focus on quality and safety.
Process Optimization:
18. Develop digital procedures and implement new technologies (AI, Cobots, AR) to improve production processes.
19. Lead the implementation of automation tools to enhance manufacturing efficiency and ergonomics operations.
20. Apply Lean and Six Sigma best practices to analyze data and reduce production variability.
Cross-functional Strategic Collaboration:
21. Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and production teams to drive initiatives that enhance product quality and cost efficiency.
22. Implement value engineering to optimize product functions while minimizing costs.
23. Engage in continuous improvement activities, applying Lean and Six Sigma principles.
24. World Class program participation.
Your Profile
25. Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
26. Industrial engineering knowdlege, with a focus on process optimization and cost management.
27. Fluency both in italian and english.
28. Leadership and team management skills.
29. Knowdlege of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
30. Experience with AI, Cobots, and AR technologies is a plus.
31. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
32. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and leverage diverse perspectives.
