This role is critical to ensuring seamless transitions, maintaining product quality, and optimizing manufacturing efficiency during production relocations. /p h3How You'll Make An Impact /h3 ul liPrepare and implement transfer plans in alignment with Global TOP guidelines (Phase Model), addressing timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. /li liWork with engineering, RD, logistics, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment and execution. This involves regularly facilitating cross-functional meetings to communicate project goals, tracking progress through detailed reports, resolving technical challenges collaboratively. /li liManage budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective production transfers. /li liOversee and manage the implementation of the 0 series at the new production facility by closely monitoring project timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards, coordinating with engineering and production teams, addressing any technical or logistical issues that arise, and regularly reporting progress to senior management to ensure smooth and efficient start-up operations. /li liShare project updates with stakeholders by organising regular meetings, distributing detailed progress emails, and ensuring that all relevant documents are accessible through shared platforms. Provide comprehensive status reports to senior leadership on a weekly or biweekly basis, including key milestones achieved, any challenges encountered, risk assessments, and next steps, so decision-makers remain informed and engaged throughout the project's duration. /li liIdentify potential risks and implement contingency plans to address challenges proactively. /li liLead training and onboarding initiatives for staff at the new production location. /li liKeep comprehensive records and documentation for the entire transfer process, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, transfer checklists, communication logs, approval forms, and training materials. /li liOversee the process qualification assessment by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to thoroughly evaluate the operational maturity of the receiving unit.
