This includes slide decks, instructor‑led training (ILT) manuals, video scripts, and—most importantly—realistic, hands‑on lab exercises.Partner with SMEs: Collaborate with our top internal Solution Architects, Developers, and Professional Services consultants to "extract" their deep knowledge and best practices and codify them into structured learning.Build the Lab Strategy: Define the requirements for and help build our virtual training lab environment, ensuring partners get a hands‑on‑keyboard experience that mimics a real‑world utility implementation.Develop Certification: Create the framework for our partner certification and accreditation, including practical exams that test for real‑world competency.Iterate & Improve: Implement a feedback loop with partners and internal trainers to continuously improve content quality, relevance, and impact.What'll needYou have 5-10+ years of experience in the B2B enterprise software space, working with complex, configurable platforms (e.g., FSM, ERP, CRM, EAM, or similar).Your background is as a Solution Architect, Principal Consultant, Senior Developer, or Technical Enablement Lead or Solutions Consultant. You have personally been on the front lines of implementations.You have a rare talent for deconstructing highly complex technical concepts and re‑assembling them in a way that a new learner can understand.A Builder: You are not afraid of a blank page. You have prior experience building technical training materials (especially labs) from scratch.Highly Organized: You are a self‑starter who can manage a complex project, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities.What's nice to haveDirect experience with Field Service Management (FSM) or Asset Management (EAM) platforms.Experience working in or implementing solutions for asset‑intensive industries like Utilities, Energy, or Telco.Mission‑Critical Experience: You have proven, hands‑on experience implementing complex, mission‑critical solutions at large enterprise customers.
