We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our marketing efforts. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth and conversions in the prop firm space.
About the Role
This is a leadership role that requires someone who can hit deadlines, lead teams, and run a high-performing marketing machine from strategy to execution. If you have a proven track record of turning ad budgets into actual revenue, we want to hear from you.
* Lead and scale a global marketing team (designers, editors, writers, media buyers)
* Owning the entire marketing funnel from cold traffic to Telegram & email to funding
* Create, manage, and optimize multi-platform ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
* Write and design email campaigns, landing pages, video briefs, and more
* Build and maintain workflows and automations (Zapier, CRMs, etc.)
* Handle media production timelines, content calendars, and strict delivery deadlines
* Collaborate with founders and internal teams to align on strategic growth goals
You must have a deep understanding of Forex, Prop Firms, and Retail Traders. Experience managing marketing teams (5+ people minimum) is a must, along with hands-on skills in content creation (emails, creatives, basic editing if needed). Strong knowledge of performance marketing – especially Facebook Ads + Google – is also required. Excellent written English, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
