You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including darkstore operations, last‑mile delivery, Tech, and customer support, to optimize operations and improve key performance metrics. /p h3Key Job Responsibilities /h3 h3Central Operations Real Time Monitoring /h3 ul liManage and oversee the real‑time tracking and monitoring of Dark store operations and last‑mile deliveries /li liDevelop a proactive alert mechanism to identify bottlenecks in the process and resolve escalations swiftly /li liEnsure adherence to SLA commitments for order fulfillment, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction /li liUtilize / develop dashboards and perform analytics to monitor order flow, logistics efficiency, and exception management /li /ul h3Process Optimization Performance Improvement /h3 ul liAnalyze delivery performance trends, including on‑time delivery, failed deliveries, and route optimizations, and recommend configuration changes /li liCoordinate with darkstore operations and last‑mile partner teams to reduce delays, optimize rider allocation, and improve vehicle utilization /li liDevelop and implement SOPs and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions /li liIdentify and drive cost‑saving initiatives to improve operational margins without compromising service levels /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management Coordination /h3 ul liCollaborate with hubs, darkstores, delivery partners, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution /li liCoordinate with tech and product teams to enhance control tower visibility, data accuracy, and predictive analytics /li liAct as a central point of contact for escalations, ensuring quick resolutions for service disruptions /li liMaintain strong relationships with 3PL partners and fleet teams to optimize delivery performance /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul li2+ years of program or project management experience /li liBachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience /li liWork a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays /li liExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition /li liExperience in process automation, workflow optimization, and logistics tech platforms /li liExcellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liKnowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology /li liExperience in MS Access and SQL /li liExperience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents /li liPrior experience in quick commerce, logistics startup, or hyperlocal deliveries /li liKnowledge of geo mapping, route optimization, and fulfillment strategies /li liExperience working with 3PL vendors and delivery fleet partners /li /ul pOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
