Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's UNESCO-protected Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's philosophy. Role Under the supervision of Spa Manager, the Spa Fitness Instructor is responsible for the entire fitness operations and administration, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the hotel or the corporate office. Responsibilities - Provide a professional movement session to guests with enough knowledge and fine skills. - Maintain cleanliness and report any malfunction or problem of all equipment of spa facilities. - Always maintain the pool and fitness areas in highly sanitary conditions. - Replenish the refreshment stations on a regular basis. - Maintain proper stock of linens, amenity items and supplies. - Conduct a spa tour to guests. - Support all spa departments (Reception and Therapist) as needed. - Recognize contraindications to exercise. - Promote training activities Requirements: - Minimum experience of 2 years as movement trainer. - Fluent language skills in English and Italian is preferred. - Official international trainer license. - Experience in stretch support.
