SALES & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE SELL OUT - NORTH ITALY Funzione: Sales RepresentativeCategoria: Commerciale / VenditaLuogo di lavoro: Genova, Genova Adecco Italia SpA, for a Multinational Company based in Italy, is looking for a:Sales & Marketing Representative Sell Out - North ItalyMain Activities:-Peripheral negotiation at the point of sale (managing relationships with store managers, in-store promotions, display boxes, facing, promotional spaces);-Through daily monitoring of the assigned area, ensuring compliance with activities agreed upon in the Sell-In (promotions and assortments);-Consumer data analysis (monitoring company pricing vs competition, reviewing and interpreting promotional actions, reporting discrepancies vs targets) and qualitative analysis of product launches;-Shelf Allocation and implementation of category projects, in collaboration with the Trade Marketing team;-Application and control of strategies and techniques for managing assortments, product display and presentation, and handling POP materials.Requirements:-Education: Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields with an interest in pursuing a career in Marketing/Sales;-Excellent proficiency in the Office Suite;-Local Language: Italian (required); proficiency in English is also essential;-Willingness to relocate within the assigned area (Italy, Piedmont);-Strong interpersonal skills aimed at building solid and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders;-Ability to plan work according to priorities and urgencies, with a critical approach focused on data and 'excellence in execution';-A fast learner open to change, eager to continuously challenge oneself to achieve the best results with an entrepreneurial spirit;-A positive and energetic team player capable of instilling trust and a sense of responsibility.
