**Commodity Buyer - Mechatronics (M/F/x)**:
**Where we need you**:
As a Commodity Buyer Mechatronics Global you will be part of a global team and you will focus, at operational level, on price negotiations, relationship management with key suppliers and commodity strategies.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Implementation of global commodity strategies in terms of cost, time and quality
- Collaboration in the bidding process of our projects
- Responsibility for the planning and conducting price negotiations, including change management activities
- "One Face to the Supplier" - responsible for communication with suppliers on commercial issues
- Escalation level for other stakeholders (e.g. logistics, R&D)
- Maintaining relationships with key suppliers
- Scouting for innovations (technologies/suppliers) and providing market input to internal strategic planning departments
- Internal interface for R&D projects
**How to convince us**:
- Diploma or degree in a technical or economic field
- Understanding of the procurement market as well as the most important cost drivers and trends
- Knowledge of purchasing and global sourcing
- Technical knowledge and understanding of mechatronics and electronics
- Previous experience in price and contract negotiations is a plus
- SAP knowledge
- Good level of English and Italian
