This is what your job entails
Join Customer Care Management (CCM) as we transform for international customer excellence in a digital world. We need you to ensure effective and up-to-date knowledge and information for all international internal as well as external Operation units.
You will create working instructions and review/update them regularly.
You will communicate updates/changes on working instructions to in-house units and service providers.
You will collaborate with training and quality management as well as with projects to ensure operational readiness when new processes and procedures are implemented.
You will act as the interface to marketing/commercial teams to update information in the knowledge management tool.
Your contribution:
With the responsibility to ensure that agents read and understand working instructions, you will help shape the future of international CCM.
CCM is transitioning to an international line organization. You will work in an international environment with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy, and Poland.

What you bring along

Your education:
You have successfully completed an apprenticeship.
Your experience:
You are experienced in handling large volumes of information/documents and in creating simplified, clear information (e.g., working instructions, news, general information) for Customer Agents.
You have at least B2-level proficiency in English and German, and possess the creativity and adaptability to communicate knowledge effectively (e.g., diagrams, decision trees). You also have strong written and verbal communication skills.
You are able to work in a structured manner with an operational excellence mindset focused on customer knowledge.
* Position: CCNL Commercio (RAL to be defined by Headquarters), permanent contract.
* Location: Valdengo (BI) with the possibility of hybrid work a few days a week.
* International full-time position (part-time options can be considered).
