For a prominent furniture company, we are seeking to fill the following position:
Commercial Office Assistant
The selected candidate will join the sales department, liaising with relevant company departments (purchasing, logistics, production), and will be responsible for:
1. Gathering client needs in coordination with the sales team;
2. Providing consulting services to clients regarding costs, materials, and production and shipping timelines;
3. Quotation and cost estimation;
4. Monitoring and managing orders.
Requirements:
1. Diploma in accounting or a degree in Economics;
2. Previous experience in a similar role involving quotation and costing activities;
3. Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of French is appreciated;
4. Excellent Excel skills;
5. Problem-solving and negotiation skills;
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Contract Offer:
* Direct contract with the company, 6-month fixed-term with the aim of permanent employment;
* Salary starting from €30K, commensurate with experience;
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-12:00 / 14:00-18:00.
Work Location: Petriano (PU).
