Experteer Overview
In this role, you will support Microsoft’s CO+I datacenters by ensuring the availability, security, and quality of industrial control systems. You will work with IT and CE teams to govern 24/7 data‑center infrastructure and lead global IC initiatives. You’ll manage electrical and mechanical control systems and oversee access and change controls to guard against risk. You’ll build cross‑functional relationships and contribute to a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement. This is a hands‑on, impact‑focused role in a world‑class cloud environment.

* Maintain IC availability, data quality, change management, reporting, and security for all IC in data centers
* Lead site‑level IC program and project management and participate in global IC initiatives
* Govern and operate electrical and mechanical IC (servers, networks, devices) in 24x7x365 datacenters
* Manage access controls and permissions for IC systems, networks, workstations, and servers
* Promote safety and security by complying with CO+I safety programs and assessments
* Develop positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

Responsabilità
* Bachelor’s Degree in a related field AND 2+ years in software, network, service, systems engineering, or industrial controls OR equivalent experience
* Background check requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check
