The Client Delivery Lead oversees the successful delivery of services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client relations, and team leadership, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service, a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
* Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships; understand client needs and requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated to the delivery team; regularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address issues promptly; collaborate with Sales Accounts to develop business with the client.
* Project Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards; develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule; monitor project performance and report on progress and necessary adjustments.
* Team Leadership: Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and delivery staff; provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback; foster a collaborative and high-performance culture; manage multiple projects under pressure.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and implement best practices; drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency; ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
* Risk Management: Identify risks to project success, develop mitigation strategies, monitor and escalate risks and issues as necessary.
* Industry Knowledge: Understand the Banking and Insurance sector landscape, anticipate client needs, and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or related roles within Banking and/or Insurance.
* Proven experience managing large-scale system integration projects.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
