In this role you will lead education and development for store managers and artists, delivering both in-person and virtual training. You'll manage the Learning Management System and align training with commercial needs, brand ethos, and the customer experience. You'll drive exceptional service through coaching on the shop floor and by modeling best practices. Responsibilities Lead delivery of the Charlotte Tilbury 'Magic Experience' service model and artistry development Facilitate full curriculum including induction, social and developmental training Oversee operational education strategy and new product/launch training Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) Monitor KPIs, gather feedback from managers, and drive continual learning improvements Collaborate with Field Sales Managers to define area training plans and development pathways Address under-performance and execute succession planning for the area Deliver xrdztoy regular store visits and high-quality training sessions Contribute to cross‐functional retail evolution projects with customer insights Lead by example in-store and online during events and trainings Coordinate area meetings with Field Sales Manager Provide counter and online leadership during events, meetings, and trainings #J-18808-Ljbffr
