Real Estate Manager
to join our team.
The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing real estate investment opportunities in Italy. The role involves working closely with developers, sponsors, and internal teams to originate high-quality projects suitable for crowdfunding and investment through the Walliance platform. The ideal candidate has strong experience in real estate development, investment, or advisory, a solid network in the Italian real estate market, and an international mindset. Knowledge of French is highly valued as part of our ongoing expansion in French-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and originate new real estate investment opportunities across Italy, building relationships with developers, investors, and industry professionals.
Conduct preliminary analysis of real estate projects, including financial feasibility, market positioning, and risk assessment.
Coordinate with internal teams (investment, legal, marketing) to structure projects and prepare them for fundraising on the platform.
Manage relationships with developers throughout the lifecycle of the investment.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities aligned with Walliance's investment strategy.
Represent Walliance at industry events and develop strategic partnerships with real estate operators.
Support cross-border opportunities and collaborations, particularly with partners in French-speaking markets.
Requirements
Strong experience in real estate investment, development, advisory, or project finance.
Excellent knowledge of the Italian real estate market.
Proven ability to originate and structure real estate opportunities.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Existing network of real estate developers, operators, or investors.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Knowledge of French is strongly preferred.
Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and strong relationship-building skills.
