**FACILITY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST** Within the Industrial Operations team of the site, our Facility Management Specialist plans, coordinates, monitors, and supervises the maintenance and renovation of the company's buildings, both facilities and construction.
- Responsibilities_
- Plan, coordinate, verify, and supervise the interventions carried out by external companies, relating to site and technological systems. Compile the related documentation in SAP and Z-Net (RDA, EM, PPMS, Assets)
- Coordinate the execution of the ordinary Fire and Safety, Health and Environment checks included in the Operating Instruction A-I0006 and in the A-R0055 form
- Coordinate interventions on the production site with internal staff, carrying out technical and verification functions
- Collaborate in the design activities of new technological systems and new building solutions, from the elaboration of cost estimations to the final testing. Coordinate, verify, and supervise the implementation phases
- Take care of the updates of the plans and layout of the site; collaborate in drafting or modifications of internal procedures / forms
- Coordinates the activities related to interventions on the production site with internal staff, carrying out technical and verification functions.
- Collaborate new technological systems and new building solution design activities, from elaboration of cost estimation to final testing. Coordinate, verify, and supervise the implementation phases.
- Take care of the updates of the plans and layout of the site; collaborate in drafting or modifications of internal procedures / forms
- Develop of energetic cost assessment (water, gas, diesel fuel), analyzing the energy consumption and developing, in accordance with the Manager, the strategy to reducing energy and water consumption
- Assume the internal responsibility for necessary activities of pest monitoring and control. Plan, coordinate, verify and monitor the execution of pest control activities by external service provider and maintain proper evidence
- Manage the services available for employees; as example parking, canteen etc..
- Requirements:_
- **Good English**: - Bachelors in engineering or technical diploma
- 3+ years in the same role in well-structured companies or proven experience as shipbuilding as a site manager, DL or foreman
- 2D drawing
- 3D drawing (AutoCAD) as a plus
- SAP
