Role: We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.
You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users:
Setting up PC workplaces
Installations, migrations and rollouts
User administration via Active Directory
User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues
deal with stock / asset management
provide support on meeting room / conferencing room
provide smart hand support for Server and network devices
You are exiting your users with creative solutions and a service-orientated approach.
Location: Rome (South Rome) - fully onsite
Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (possibility of conversion into a permanent)
Requirements:
2 years of IT experience in enduser support within corporations
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Familiarity with ticketing system
Good English and fluent Italian languages
Excellent time management skill
Ability to build relationships
