Technical Project Manager – Telecom Software Integration\nWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of Telecom software integration projects. You will coordinate design, integration, testing, and acceptance activities while working closely with Engineering, NPI, Care, and R&D; teams.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead technical project planning and execution\nCoordinate cross‑functional teams and delivery activities\nManage risks, issues, reporting, and customer communication\nOversee integration, validation, and acceptance phases\nReview technical documentation (HLD, LLD, Test Strategy, ATP, MOP)\nCollaborate with R&D; for issue resolution and product improvements\n\nTechnical Skills\n\nExperience in Telecom software development and/or integration\nStrong knowledge of Linux/Unix and databases (Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, SQL)\nUnderstanding of TCP/IP and protocols: Diameter, HTTP/2, SIP, SOAP/XML, SNMP\nFamiliar with Cloud/NFV (VNF/CNF) and platforms like CBIS/CBAM, NCS/NCOM, VMware, OpenStack\nExperience in multi‑domain integration projects\nOSS/BSS knowledge is a plus\nExperience with Core Network elements, VoLTE/IMS, Payment systems (nice to have)\nProject management background (PMI/PMP is a plus)\n\nSoft Skills\n\nStrong leadership and communication\nCustomer‑focused and collaborative\nAnalytical mindset\nAdvanced English\n
