Role Description:
We are looking for an Interim Budgeting & Reporting Director for a leading company in the Healthcare sector and nutrition, with a focus on production and distribution.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic and operational vision to improve budgeting and reporting processes during this transition period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
* Develop and implement effective management control systems to monitor financial performance.
* Prepare monthly reports and variance analysis for management, proposing corrective actions where necessary.
* Work closely with production and distribution teams to optimize operational efficiency and costs.
* Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support strategic planning.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards.
* Stock management.
Requirements:
* Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; an MBA is considered a plus.
* At least 8-10 years of experience in management control and budgeting, preferably in the B2C sector or related fields.
* Strong competence in financial analysis and economic forecasting.
* Leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication abilities.
* Experience with advanced financial management tools and ERP software.
* Fluent in English.
