Job Purpose and Impact
As a Supplier Quality Management Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and quality of our products by managing risks tied to suppliers and external manufacturers sourcing feed and packaging to our Cargill Animal Nutrition and Health factories. You’ll collaborate across teams to evaluate vendors, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards—directly contributing to the integrity of our supply chain and the trust of our customers.
We offer a one-year contract with the possibility of extension.
The place of work is our any ANH locations in Europe.
Hybrid system: at least 2 days of work per week in the office/production plant at a given location.
Key Accountabilities
1. Follow up of Supplier Quality Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
2. Supplier maintenance activities, keeping supplier database updated on required documentation and information from our suppliers and materials.
3. Audit suppliers, external manufacturers, and external warehouses or follow up on audit findings are completed within the required timeframe and meet requirements
4. Coordinate supplier and external manufacturer and material evaluation process to ensure the use of approved vendors who have met the company's requirements and have completed the required product safety improvements.
5. Support new location and material setup along with completed supplier and material qualifications in the defined supplier database.
6. Support on maintenance of our Food Safety Management System GMP+ certification and daily follow up daily contact with our Global Material Supply team.
7. Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
9. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
10. Experience in product safety, quality and auditing systems
11. Minimum of two years of related work experience
12. English and local language.
Preferred Qualifications
13. Knowledge of product safety management systems with the ability to objectively evaluate product safety systems and report findings in an organized manner
14. Knowledge of European Feed and Packaging Regulation
15. Knowledge establishing material and vendor risk and ensuring appropriate mitigation is defined
16. Knowledge in 3rd party certifications in feed sector such as GMP+, QS, etc Company qualified auditor with experience conducting product safety audits
17. Knowledge in Microsoft Power(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi) is a plus
18. Experience conducting product safety audits
19. Expertise in feed and petfood sector
