本ポジションは、Amazon Logistics Extra Large Team (AMXL)にて、各地域の配送会社のネットワークとAmazonのテクノロジーを融合させ、新しい全国配送ネットワークを構築する仕事です。

Key responsibilities
- プログラムマネージャーとして、デリバリーサイトでのパートナー運送会社のオペレーションメトリックス管理に責任を持ち、配送品質の向上、サービスの追加、安全の確保、法令順守の担保を実施すると同時にパートナーとの信頼関係を強化します。
- 新規配送パートナーとの信頼関係構築
- 配送サイト訪問を頻繁に行い配送現場の把握
- 配送パートナーをサポートして契約配送品質の実現
- 配送パートナーにとってアマゾン配送ビジネスの継続性（利益性）の実現
- ドライバーの安全と労働環境の向上およびモチベーション向上の施策実施
- サイト運営チームのサポート、チームのオペレーションターゲット到達、同時に配送パートナーやドライバーの声をオペレーションに反映
- 配送パートナーの課題解決調整
- 配送SOPや基準をパートナーに徹底
- 中長期的なカスタマーエクスペリエンスの達成サポート
- 日々の運用を安定させ、安全性の確保、UTR/OTRアソシエイトエクスペリエンスと顧客エクスペリエンスを担当
- 新しいドライバーとDSPのオンボーディングも担当
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in program management, operations management or related field
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
- Business level of Japanese and conversational level of English
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
