The telesales position is a field sales role responsible for achieving the assigned sales targets through the management and development of the allocated customer portfolio, as well as the acquisition of new clients within specific business areas.
Manage the assigned portfolio, ensuring that all customer interactions are fully documented in the CRM.
Conduct proactive prospecting activities through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels to generate new business opportunities.
Achieve Net Turnover and any other sales targets, taking corrective actions when results materially deviate from expectations.
Define and implement merchant contract conditions (in line with the provided guidelines) and ensure the fulfilment of account‑specific contractual obligations.
Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities within the existing portfolio, in alignment with sales strategies.
Analyse, present, discuss, and act upon Business Statistics data.
Ensure proper monitoring of all activities performed and prepare action plans for corrective measures when needed to support customer service and sales. xjrgpwk
