MISSION :
As part of the Guerlain Italy Team, the intern will actively support Guerlain’s Business Analyst in the management of the following activities:
Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and reporting data to increase general sales productivity and control
Tracking and analysis of sales figures: sell-in, sell-out (by axe/retailer), managing daily, weekly and monthly reports
NPD analysis about Market / Competition / Top Cities
Analysis on benchmark and sell-out potential for new products’ launches
Follow-up analysis on new launches performance vs target
Analysis on door productivity, profitability and on KPIs
Managing business intelligence topics, reports and analysis for all departments (marketing, sales, merchandising, retail, training)
Ad hoc analysis
Support sales team presentations during Canvass
PROFILE :
Master’s degree in Economics/Business/Management Engineering
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Proactivity, problem solving, precision, attention to detail
Dynamic and flexible person with good time management skills and teamwork approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel, Power Point)
Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is considered a plus
Excellent level of English and Italian
