For an international company in the leisure sector we are looking for a Head of IT Digital Channels, Senior Professional with strong vertical skills in the digital IT delivery, leading the IT team and building a successful partnership with the product owners of the Direct Sales organization. Key challenges Challenges and opportunities are coming from the target growth in the Direct Sales channels, where technology advantage is key for the customer experience and business success. Ability to deliver solutions to support the end to end customer digital journey are key success factors in this area. Main responsibilities - guarantee alignment of the Digital solutions with the enterprise architecture guidelines and security standards - coordinate the delivery of IT digital projects, managing the relationship with the vendors Digital factories - constantly liaise with the Product owners of the Direct Sales organization to align on priorities and delivery capacity needed - coordinate an internal team Key requirements - 5 years of experience in managing complex IT Digital projects within global companies’ / system integrators / digital start-up or scale-up environment; - Knowledge of technology ecosystem and best practices in the Digital arena - Project Management skills, PMI/PMP certification and knowledge of Agile methodologies; - Excellent communication skills, leadership and drive - Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and collaboration tools - Knowledge of the Adobe AEM platform is a plus - Fluent English is essential (B2 level), any other foreign language would be a plus - Open to diversity and cultural differences - Real team player able to encourage and help others in giving their best - Strongly committed to enhance sustainability What we offer: Full time contract RAL commensurate with experience.
