Position SummaryCollaborate with all functions involved for preparation of fixed costs budget and dynamic forecast (annual and quarterly), actual closing.Support the financial analysis process of the cost with a monthly deep dive of the general ledger, facilitating a fact based decision making process, in full alignment to financial and Nestlé Accounting Standards requirement.Improve existing Excel reporting structure and interact with stakeholders for the spending review.Collaborate with the centre of competence based in Barcelona for preparation of dynamic forecast (annual and quarterly) and actual closing.Give support to the team during the steps of the Budget process.Responsibilities
Collaborate with other FP&A teams and business controllerReporting, data and analysis preparationCollaborate with the ICCC of Barcelona (International Cost Center of Competence)Interact with multiple Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
What Makes You Successful?
Strong Excel skills, Power Query knowledge is a plusDegree (or close to completion) in Economics, Finance or similar fieldsInterest in Financial Management, Governance, Risk & ComplianceAnalytical mindset, curiosity and results orientationStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsProblem solving skillsItalian mother tongue, fluent in English
