The Impact You’ll Have
* You will contribute to manage the procurement of raw materials of the category for the Business Unit, being involved in the commodity strategy definition with a specific focus in the sourcing execution.
* You will foster long‑term partnerships with your assigned suppliers, acting as their focal point for supplier visits, business reviews and negotiations, price lists and quality management.
* You will maintain effective relationships and communication with internal key stakeholders, such as Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality and Finance.
* You will prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Global Commodity Manager.
* You will prepare and analyze performance, risk and sustainability reports for business meetings.
* You will conduct comparative analysis about supplier’s capabilities and cost drivers to gain insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness for the raw material category.
* You will support the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with our business and ESG targets.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
* Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* One year’s experience in a similar role.
* Passion and interest for the Procurement area.
* Negotiation and cost‑benefit analysis skills.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, analytical approach, project management skills.
* Drive and initiative, high energy and ability to adapt to changing environments.
* Eagerness to work in a team and to cooperate across departments in an international environment.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Fluency in Italian and English.
