Maxima S.p.A., leader in cutting and serrating with diamond tools, is seeking a Technical Maintenance Technician – Electrical Mechanical Repair.
The selected candidate will report to the Assistant Manager, work in the Warehouse-Logistics team, and be responsible for routine and extraordinary mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs on electric and internal combustion motors used in construction equipment.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair failures of electric and combustion machinery.
Use manual machine tools to perform quantitative and qualitative tests on new or repaired parts.
Coordinate with the Technical and Purchasing departments to propose modifications when defects are found.
Set up and demonstrate products independently.
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and continuous improvement in the shop.
Qualifications
Diploma or technical qualification in mechanics, mechatronics, electrotechnics, or a related field.
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electronic components, especially in construction equipment.
Knowledge of mechanical and electronic product characteristics.
English language skills.
Ability to work in a warehouse team and travel domestically and internationally if required.

We are looking for a Thermal and Electric Plant Maintenance Technician to join the Plant Services department.
This role will manage maintenance of heating, conditioning, and auxiliary plant equipment throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
Collaborate on the design and continuous improvement of HVAC refrigeration and heating systems.
Manage supervisory and telecontrol systems for heating and conditioning.
Perform maintenance, calibration, and upkeep of mechanical equipment, lifting apparatus (carriponte, flag boom crane), and vertical storage systems.
Analyze and resolve electrical system anomalies, diagnosing faults and ensuring restoration.
Carry out emergency interventions to maintain operational continuity.
Coordinate with external contractors as needed.
Provide availability for on-call emergencies.
Qualifications
Experience maintaining industrial thermal-hydraulic and mechanical plant systems.
Knowledge of supervisory and telecontrol plant equipment.
Strong analytical and fault-diagnosis skills.
Team-oriented, with proven problem-solving ability.
