Ph3Overview /h3 pThe Associate Program Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of a company's programs or multiple projects under the guidance of BRM Demand Manager. This role acts as a crucial link between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring all program components align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget. In collaboration with the PM and other ETG teams - including Product Service Delivery, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity- the incumbent will be responsible for aligning resource requirements with the program’s business priorities, while also engaging with external stakeholders. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the delivery of a portfolio of EMEAI Enterprise Programs and Technology-Focused Business Initiatives, working across technical and non-technical disciplines. /li liMonitor the project plan and timeline to ensure information is accurate and up to date. /li liDraft reports on the status of project / program objectives, work plans, budgets, and schedules. /li liCreate clear and consistent reporting on program health, insights, and recommendations for all levels of the business up to and including executives. /li liFacilitate communication channels with cross-functional teams and document meeting notes. /li liTrack all financial commitments and expenditures in an organized manner, and report to senior team members with regular updates. /li liAssess compliance with contract agreements, technical specifications, and industry standards, under the guidance of senior team members. /li liAssist the team in tracking and preparing reports on project / program progress. /li liDocument identified risks, issues, and potential roadblocks related to the project / program, and escalate to senior team members. /li liResearch best practices, tools, and methodologies for project / program management. /li liContribute ideas and suggestions for improvement and innovation in the day-to-day activities of the project / program. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management, or in lieu of a degree, at least 2 years of experience in the field of project / program management or Information Technology. /li li2-3 years of experience in IT project and program management roles. /li liExperience in working with stakeholders and working in complex, cross-functional environment. /li liFamiliarity with procurement processes and contract management. /li liGood analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. /li liBasic financial and budget management capabilities. /li liSolid interpersonal and communication abilities for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. /li liAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. /li liA second European language is a nice to have. /li liTravel requirements: up to 25% /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
