You will organize and coordinate the activities of external contractors. You will ensure solid performance and efficiency of the Maintenance Department and pharmaceutical equipment, aiming for operational excellence. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliExecute planning and scheduling of Corrective and Preventive Work Orders according to CMMS dates and Production scheduling. /liliSupport troubleshooting on corrective and preventive maintenance activities, in accordance with EHS and GMP rules, for GMP/Non-GMP equipment or systems of Pisa site. /liliProvide support on parts management, maintenance documentation, archives management and SOP review. /liliDraft and manage maintenance contracts, organize and coordinate related activities. /liliRespect and ensure that EHS regulations are followed; support work permit management and promote a culture of operational safety and procedures development. /liliSupport continuity in the transfer of information between shifts regarding faults, plant status, and activities. /liliProvide support for spare parts management, support JDE spare parts management, material incoming, maintenance of warehouse order status; notify system gaps and suggest improvements. /liliManage the EHS dossier for equipment, the dossier for workshop chemical safety data sheets, the dossier for GMP chemicals supply and maintenance activities archives. /liliPropose and evaluate technical improvements, new ideas or projects with the functional leader. /liliAutonomous performance of tasks according to partially defined methods and procedures. /liliProvide and ensure support for critical spare parts analysis and preventive maintenance plan of new installation equipment and systems, collaborating with plant engineering and reliability engineering. /liliEnsure full compliance with all company policies, EHS rules and authority regulations. /liliEnsure adherence to GMPs and standard operating procedures. /liliSupport corrective and emergency interventions with a systematic approach to problem solving. /li /ulh3What you bring to Takeda /h3ulliMaster/Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, electronic, industrial, automation, etc.). /liliPrevious experience (2-3 years) in Pharmaceutical sector. /liliKnowledge of Industrial Systems/Utilities (fillers, sterilizers, autoclaves, etc.). /liliField oriented and excellent problem-solving skills backed by solid technical knowledge. /liliFluent in English and Italian. /liliPrevious experience in field related industrial mechanical or electrical maintenance is a plus. /liliTechnical proficiency on pharmaceutical systems and equipment. /liliGood knowledge of cGMPs and pharma/HSE rules and standards. /li /ulh3What Takeda can offer you /h3pWe want our employees to succeed in everything they do - at work, at home, and in the community.
