Auditor AutomotiveThe Auditor is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and auditing warranty claims submitted by dealership departments to ensure compliance with warranty policies and internal guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesAudit warranty repair orders and claims to ensure accuracy and completenessVerify proper documentation including technician notes, diagnostic results, parts usage, and labor timesEnsure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and proceduresIdentify discrepancies, errors, or potential fraudulent claimsCollaborate with Quality, Engineering, Aftersales, and Supplier Management teams to resolve complex warranty and recall-related issuesSupport negotiations with suppliers regarding warranty recoveries and recall campaign cost-sharing activitiesAnalyze warranty and recall data using reporting tools and business intelligence platformsQualifications5+ years of experience in warranty administration, audit, dealership aftersales operations, supplier quality, recall campaigns, or automotive warranty managementStrong knowledge of automotive warranty processes and manufacturer warranty guidelinesProven experience managing complex cross-functional situations involving suppliers, quality, and engineering departmentsStrong analytical and detail-oriented skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExperience working within multi-country or regional structures preferredAdvanced English proficiency required, additional European languages are considered an advantagePreferred SkillsExperience in the automotive sector with knowledge of supplier networks and component managementExperience supporting Product Improvement Programs (PIP), recall campaigns, or field actionsStrong negotiation skills, including supplier cost recovery and contribution discussions related to warranty or recall campaignsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with Power BI and reporting toolsSAP knowledge for data consultation and analysisStrong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilitiesWorking ConditionsCCNL: CommercioEmployment Level: QuadroRAL: between €40.000 - €50.000Meal vouchers worth €5 dayInitial fixed-term contract of 12 months, with the possibility of long-term employment thereafterCompany equipment and work tools providedHybrid work environment combining office-based (Turin) and remote workProfessional Solutions srl è un datore di lavoro di pari opportunità che sostiene la diversità e l'inclusione.
