A luxury resort set in the scenic region of Umbria is seeking an experienced and charismatic Bar Manager to oversee all bar operations and deliver a refined, memorable beverage experience to guests. The ideal candidate is a creative hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, excellent product knowledge, and a commitment to luxury service standards. This role includes managing bar teams, cocktail menus, inventory, training, and overall guest satisfaction. Requirements Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of all bar outlets, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. Recruit, train, and mentor bartenders and bar service staff to maintain high performance and guest engagement. Develop innovative cocktail menus, seasonal beverage offerings, and signature drinks aligned with the resort’s brand identity. Guarantee compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations, as well as responsible alcohol service. Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting. Collaborate with F&B management, Culinary teams, and Marketing on events, pairings, and promotions. Address guest feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality. Monitor financial performance and support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue strategies. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3–5 years of bar management experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant environment. Strong mixology expertise and up-to-date knowledge of international beverage trends. Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, inspire, and supervise diverse teams. Solid understanding of bar operations, inventory management, and cost control. Fluency in English required; Italian is a strong advantage. Certifications related to hospitality, bartending, or beverage management are preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and a guest-centric attitude.
