Junior Sous Chef
We are seeking a skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our pre-opening team.
* The role will report directly to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
The hotel is strategically located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and close proximity to the Colosseum.
The 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central offers premium business services and one of Italy's most impressive leisure rooftop experiences.
The hotel features a luxurious SPA, five dining outlets, and over 1,000 square meters of event space.

* You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced chefs and contribute to the success of the kitchen team.
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
You will also be involved in maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals to the highest standard.
2. Contribute to menu planning and development.
3. Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and supply chain management.
4. Ensure efficient use of resources, minimizing waste and optimizing production processes.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a junior sous chef or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and health regulations.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
