Position: Business Controller

Next Geosolutions is currently seeking a Business Controller to join our team at our Naples office. The selected candidate will support the financial planning and control activities of the company, with a particular focus on project economics, cost monitoring, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse daily operational data and production revenues
* Monitor and evaluate operational costs across projects
* Prepare and deliver weekly reports on project economic performance
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure budget compliance
* Identify areas for cost optimization and propose improvement solutions
* Support the preparation of monthly management financial statements
* Conduct variance analyses to highlight deviations from the budget
* Assist in the analysis and reporting of key company performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications & Skills
* University degree in Economics or a related discipline preferred
* Entry level position
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset
* Basic understanding of accounting principles
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
* Proactive, curious, and communicative personality
