Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Space Industries, you will play a key role in driving our recruitment efforts across various functions, with a specific focus on engineering and technical roles related to small satellites. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and contribute to building a talent pipeline to support the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the entire recruitment process for engineering and technical positions within the company.
· Collaborate with the engineering teams to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
· Sourcing, screening, and evaluating CVs for candidates with specific expertise in the engineering field.
· Conduct phone and in-person interviews to identify the best talent.
· Support communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
· Utilize major recruitment tools, including job boards and social media.
· Manage recruitment-related documentation.
· Track and report on recruitment metrics.
Requirements
Requirements:
· Junior Prifile: 3 - 4 years of experience in recruitment, with strong knowledge of engineering profile selection.
· Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong results-oriented approach.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage candidate relationships.
· Good knowledge of online recruitment tools and social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
· Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in humanities, psychology, or a related field (preferred).
· Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
· Knowledge of the aerospace sector is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in recruiting for aerospace companies, particularly small satellite or space technology sectors.
· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
· Strong understanding of the challenges and trends in the aerospace industry and the small satellite market.
