WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead daily fulfilment and operations activities, ensuring efficient flows, high quality standards and a great customer experience
Develop and support your leaders and teams, creating a collaborative, safe and high‐performing environment
Drive operational improvements, implementing new processes and ways of working across inbound, replenishment, outbound and services
Work closely with stakeholders and partners to ensure product availability, operational excellence and sustainable growth
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience in operations, fulfilment or supply chain leadership within fast‐paced environments
Strong ability to manage complexity, priorities and operational performance through data and planning
Hands‐on leadership style, with the ability to engage people and drive change in evolving environments
Customer‐focused mindset, strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective relationships across teams and partners
WHAT WE OFFER
For this position, the gross annual salary starts from € 37,500.
Permanent, Full‐time Contract, Level (I) CCNL‐DMO.
