The Person
We are looking for a highly motivated recent graduate with a strong interest in software development and IT systems. You don’t need long experience: what matters most is your curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn all the activities related to software configuration, development, and integration.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development and IT team to design, develop, and maintain software applications and management systems
- Support the configuration of software solutions based on functional requirements
- Write efficient, tested, and well-structured code
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
- Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server) for data management
- Contribute to the setup and implementation of cloud-based solutions, including Azure for IoT scenarios
- Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and documenting technical activities
Key features:
(Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory; we value solid foundations and a strong learning attitude.)
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, Java, Python, or similar)
- Interest in industrial automation and familiarity (even theoretical) with SCL or KOP is appreciated
- Understanding of relational database principles (MySQL, MS SQL Server)
- Curiosity toward cloud/IoT technologies (Azure preferred)
- Solid grasp of software design fundamentals and good development practices
- Ability to collaborate within a team, communicate effectively, and approach problems with a proactive mindset
