The role You’ll teach Physics within the IB MYP and DP programmes while also helping elevate academic standards across the department through mentoring, curriculum input, and collaboration.
The role also includes supporting gifted students involved in STEM-focused programmes and international competitions.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging and inquiry-based Physics lessons within the IB framework
- Support academically ambitious students in Physics and STEM subjects
- Prepare students for Physics Olympiads and international science competitions
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental projects
- Mentor and collaborate with fellow teachers
- Use data-driven teaching methods to support student progress
- Participate in interdisciplinary innovation and STEM initiatives
Your profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience teaching Physics in high-level international schools
- Strong IB MYP and/or DP teaching experience is essential
- Master’s degree in Physics, Education, or related field
- Recognized teaching qualification
- Proven track record of strong student outcomes
- Experience coaching students for advanced STEM competitions is highly valued
- Fluent English (C1–C2)
- Passionate, collaborative, and student-focused approach
