As an Intune System Engineer (all genders), you’ll help drive the evolution of a secure, modern, and flexible IT environment by implementing innovative workplace technologies for the future.
Administration and management of endpoint environments (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Close collaboration with our IT security team on endpoint hardening, vulnerability management, and patching
Consulting, planning, and implementation of Microsoft 365 technologies and modern workplace solutions
Software packaging, deployment, and troubleshooting for Windows and macOS devices
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, guidelines, and user manuals
Conducting training sessions for end users and internal IT staff
Successfully completed degree or vocational training in IT or a related field
Hands-on experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune and/or Azure Virtual Desktop
Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, and other Microsoft 365/Entra products is a plus
Ideally, you hold Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop, Security, SharePoint, or Teams Administrator) and have experience with the Qualys Cloud Platform
Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
