The role involves team management, user onboarding/offboarding, desktop and device management, and process improvement. Responsibilities Manage the service desk team (2 members) Oversee user onboarding and offboarding via ticketing workflows Provide desktop support and first-level assistance Manage and configure devices (PCs, VPN, access rights, etc.) Identify critical areas and propose service improvements Handle IT budgeting, vendor selection, and expense management Support IT security policy management Requirements Must Have Experience in Service Desk operations Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, access management Strong coordination and process structuring skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Interest in technological innovation and digitalization Nice to Have Previous coordination experience Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) Familiarity with automation tools and AI Experience with external IT vendors Additional Information Location: Naples Work arrangement: 1 day of remote work per week Job Details Seniority Level: Entry Level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Information Technology Industry: Staffing and Recruiting J-18808-Ljbffr
