You will lead a global L&D organization, scale AI‐powered, skills‐based learning, and embed learning into the flow of work across field, sales, and leadership roles. You will leverage data to demonstrate business impact and advance safety, methods, products, and technical capabilities. Act as a key member of the P&C Leadership Team
Partner with business leaders to align capabilities with strategy
Influence enterprise workforce and capability decisions

Track record in large‐scale transformation in global organisations
Experience in operational or service‐driven environments is an advantage
Strong understanding of digital and AI‐driven learning solutions
