Ph3Mission /h3 pWithin the scope of responsibility—Material Planning, Material Handling, Production Flow, Transport Packaging—the Logistics Engineer Manager : /p ul liDeploys and applies processes using best practices aligned with corporate standards. /li liLeads internal and / or external operational teams to optimize cost, time, safety, and quality. /li liMaintains a positive social climate and fosters team engagement. /li liImplements Stellantis Production Way (SPW) principles to improve performance and efficiency. /li liManages budgets and monitors performance KPIs within their scope. /li liResolves issues, anomalies, and crises using structured problem-solving methodologies. /li liCoordinates continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., MIFA, VSM, masterplan). /li /ul pReports to /p pPlant Logistics Manager /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure efficient material flow / storage and handling across production and logistics operations. /li liEnsure the most efficient layout for the current production and new product / process in production areas in order to optimize the flows and the resources avoiding losses. /li liOptimize transport and packaging strategies to reduce costs and improve sustainability. /li liLead cross-functional teams and external partners to meet operational targets. /li liMonitor logistics KPIs and drive performance improvements. /li liApply SPW tools and methodologies to enhance process reliability and efficiency. /li liManage logistics-related budgets and ensure cost control. /li liSupport continuous improvement through structured action plans and root cause analysis. /li liMaintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field. /li liMinimum Experience in Manufacturing : 5–7 years /li liProven experience in serial manufacturing logistics and supply chain operations. /li liBreakthrough mindset /li liStrong leadership and team management skills, including social relations training, target oriented and accountability. /li liSolid understanding of industrial processes and logistics systems. /li liProficiency in problem-solving methodologies and Kaizen, Continuous Improvement (CI), Standard Work or Lean Daily Management (LDM) tools. /li liEnglish level B2 : capable of professional written and oral communication in technical contexts. /li liSAP and CAD system /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
