AURELIUS has been growing significantly in recent years, particularly expanding its global footprint, and today employs more than 400 professionals in 9 offices spanning Europe and North America.For our portfolio company FIAMM, an industrial manufacturer headquartered in Montecchio / Vicenza (Veneto), we are looking for anMaintenance Manager (m/f/d)ResponsibilitiesManage all maintenance resourcesAnalysis of plant performance indicators and implementation of any countermeasures on maintenance strategiesManage (make new/ update) preventive and predictive maintenance strategyManage the implementation priorities of the interventions based on production needs, cooperation with the plant operations team to promote improvements in O.E.E. and overall processSupervision of the preventive and predictive maintenance schedulingManagement of the capex and opex assigned to the departmentSupervision of spare parts warehouse management and related priorityAnalyze and organize training needs for new employeesEvaluate the skills of each maintenance technicianStandardize work through the formulation of standard operating methods and verify their application with the collaboration of function managersManage maintenance improvement projects through the implementation of Lean methodologies in coordination with the directives of the continuous improvementCommunication and coordination with the Company Management, the central functions and the other departments.QualificationsDegree of a Professional Technician Institute in a scientific/electronic or mechanical field or equivalent work experienceMin. 3 years of experience in a maintenance roleExperience in maintenance processes and operations within industrial or manufacturing environmentsGeneral understanding of maintenance management principlesKnowledge of operating systems (MS Windows)Proficiency with office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Intermediate-level use of SAP (PM)Min. intermediate knowledge of EnglishAccuracy and attention to detailOrganizational and planning abilitiesEffective communication within technical and cross-functional teamsProblem-solving and reliability in maintenance activities
