About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in AI agents and Python to join our team on a short-term contract basis. This role will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and optimizing intelligent AI agent solutions to support business goals within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy AI agents for automation and decision-making tasks.
Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms using Python.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into existing workflows and systems.
Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and improve AI agent performance.
Document methodologies, code, and results clearly in Italian and English.
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI agent technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience working with AI agents while data handling.
Strong proficiency in Python programming, including libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and data science workflows.
Fluent in Italian (spoken and written) – essential for communication and documentation.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
