Responsibilities / Tasks
After-Sales Planning
* Develop production plans for repairs, spare parts, and service interventions.
* Prioritize activities based on customer needs and available resources.
Monitoring & Progress Control
* Track the status of after-sales operations.
* Ensure adherence to agreed delivery dates and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Material Management (MRP)
* Analyze material requirements for after-sales activities.
* Collaborate with the Purchasing team to address and resolve material shortages.
Cross-Functional Coordination
* Work closely with Production, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure alignment of activities.
* Manage urgent customer requests and handle last-minute changes.
Your Profile / Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in technical, economic, or management fields (preferred)
* Experience in planning, order management, or roles interfacing with Project Management and After-Sales.
* Solid knowledge of SAP (MM and PP modules), Excel, and MS Office.
* Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
* Strong autonomy, proactivity, continuous improvement mindset, and excellent teamwork skills.
