By providing expert knowledge and fostering a positive safety culture, you will ensure every team member thrives in a safe, ergonomic, and compliant environment. You will act as a key partner to our Value Stream Managers, navigating local regulations and internal KPIs to maintain a workplace that prioritizes well‑being alongside operational success. This is a fixed-term position (estimated 12 months) to provide temporary cover, based in Minerbio (Bologna), Italy. Key responsibilities Development, implementation and maintenance of a system for hazard identification and risk assessment on existing and new processes and equipment. Coordinate and support the closure of health and safety root causes and risk assessments in alignment with value stream safety representative(s). Develop, implement and maintain a system for accident/safety incident investigation which would include detailed reporting and corrective action. Develop, implement and maintain a system to ensure all statutory inspections and audits are carried out and records are maintained by relevant personnel. Develop, implement and maintain a system whereby monthly KPI statistics are complete and communicated in a timely manner. Case management of all incidents and accidents, including work related disabilities (malattie professionali) and work related stress reporting and actions. Analyse the working stations in view of minimising the health and safety impact on employees, contributes, together with HR and operations, in managing the cases of employees not able to perform in a position for physical limitations. <
