About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on and technically proficient Service Delivery Manager to ensure the highest standards of installation, commissioning, and after-sales support for our Aerial Work Platform (AWP) products. This role is critical for maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence across the region.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee on-site installation, commissioning, technical training, and after-sales service support for AWP products. Coordinate local service partners or technical teams to guarantee delivery quality and adherence to timelines. Troubleshoot customer problems on-site and provide effective technical solutions. Gather user feedback to contribute to product experience optimization. Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AWP service delivery, technical support, or field service roles. In-depth familiarity with AWP product mechanics, operational procedures, and common fault resolution. Professional proficiency in English for seamless collaboration with technical teams. An educational or professional background in fields like mechanical maintenance, mechatronics, or engineering services is preferred. Ability and willingness to undertake frequent travel, with strong problem-solving skills in field settings.
