Job Purpose
Lead Zybio's market growth in Italy, driving sales, regulatory approvals, and market penetration while establishing long-term commercial success against global competitors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute country-specific strategies to achieve ≥35% annual revenue growth (established markets) or market entry success (new markets)
Identify and secure partnerships with distributors, labs, hospitals, and government health programs
Monitor competitor activities (e.G., Sysmex, Roche, Abbott, Mindray) and adjust tactics to capture market share
2. Regulatory & Market Access
1) Oversear FDA/CE-IVDR/MDR product registrations and compliance with local regulations (CLIA, ISO, etc.)
2) Lead tender participation and negotiate contracts with key healthcare institutions
3. Team & Channel Management
1)Recruit, train, and manage local sales teams and distributor networks
2)Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure alignment with Zybio's global strategy
4. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement
1)Build relationships with laboratory directors, clinicians, and industry associations (e.G., AACC, IFCC)
2)Organize medical education events, product demos, and trade show participation
Qualifications & Experience
1、Essential:
1)5+ years in IVD commercial leadership (Country Manager, Regional Director, or equivalent)
2)Proven success in growing IVD sales (e.G., achieved $5M+ annual revenue or top 3 market share)
3)Deep understanding of IVD regulations (FDA/CE-IVDR, local compliance)
4)Strong network with labs, hospitals, and distributors in Italy
2、Preferred:
1)Work experience with global leading IVD brands is preferred.
2)Experience working with Chinese or emerging-market IVD companies
3)Fluency in English + local language (Chinese is a plus)
